Lunch11:30 am - 1:00 pm

Turkey and Cheese Submarine Sandwich
or
Ham and Cheese Submarine Sandwich
..... 300 calories

Use Roman meal hot dog bun for bread or hoagie style bread with turkey lunchmeat and mustard or low fat mayonnaise. Use 1 ounce of low fat cheese. If possible, use grated cheese.

1 cup of strawberries or favorite fruit  with 1 serving whip cream ...... 60 calories

  subtotal : 360 calories

Dinner 5 pm - 8 pm

 

Chicken Tomato Mushroom Pasta ......300 calories

1 serving.  Double ingredients for 2

Dice 1 small boneless, skinless chicken breast into small pieces and cook in skillet spray with non stick PAM cooking spray. Cook chicken under medium about 6 minutes stir frequently.  Set aside

Cook 2 ounce of angel hair pasta, drain, set aside

In separate skillet add 1/2 cup Classico or Healthy Choice Tomato with mushroom pasta sauce. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to low.  Add chicken and stir. Add pasta and toss to mix well. Serve hot

Baked Peaches - serves 6  ....... 110 calories

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Arrange 8 medium size sliced  peaches into baking dish and sprinkle on top

2 tablespoon of brown sugar, 
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/4 wheat germ (for extra fiber)

Cover with tin foil and bake for 10 to 15 minutes

Steam or cooked asparagus or favorite vegetable  ............. 50 calories

Water (1 cup)  ..... 0 calories

           subtotal:  460 calories
