Use Roman meal hot dog bun for bread or
hoagie style bread with turkey lunchmeat and mustard or low fat
mayonnaise. Use 1 ounce of low fat cheese. If possible, use grated
cheese.

Chicken Tomato Mushroom Pasta

Dice 1 small boneless, skinless
chicken breast into small pieces and cook in skillet spray with
non stick PAM cooking spray. Cook chicken under medium about 6
minutes stir frequently. Set aside
Cook 2 ounce of angel hair pasta,
drain, set aside
In separate skillet add 1/2 cup
Classico or Healthy Choice Tomato with mushroom pasta sauce. Bring
to a boil then reduce heat to low. Add chicken and stir. Add
pasta and toss to mix well. Serve hot
Baked Peaches -

Arrange 8 medium size sliced peaches
into baking dish and sprinkle on top
2 tablespoon of brown sugar,
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon
