Breakfast Menu 1

Fruit & Fiber Cereal or favorite cereal with milk – use 1% fat milk – 220 calorie

Water (1 cups) or

Coffee (1 cup) if desired

Breakfast Menu 2

  • favorite cereal with 1% milk (suggest General Mills, Raisin Nut Bran)  ... 250 calorie
     
  • sliced kiwi or favorite fruit  .... 50 calories
     
  • Water (1 cup) or Coffee (1 cup) if desired ... 0 calories

Breakfast Menu 3

2 Krusteaz French Toast with 1/4 cup of lite syrup Add 2 tablespoon of whip cream if desired

Scrambled eggs with 1/2 cup of egg beaters or 2 scrambled egg whites or 2 slices of bacon

1 cup of strawberries or grapes

Water (2 cups)
 

Breakfast Menu 4

2 frozen waffles with 1/4 cup of lite syrup- Try multigrain waffles which is high in fiber and low fat. Add 2 tablespoon of whip cream if desired

Sliced orange or 1 cup of grapes or favorite fruit

Water (1 cup)
