How to Loose Weight
 

  Eating healthy foods alone is no guarantee that you will loose weight. Unfortunately, losing weight demands some type of sacrifice. Usually this means eating less food or drastically changing the types of food you eat. Adults 35 and older may need to maintain a very strict diet to loose weight.

The good news ....... you'll be motivated to stay on a good diet plan once you get past the first 2 weeks and see the weight fall off.

After 2 weeks of maintaining a diet low in fat, calories and portion size, you'll find that you don't have the same demand for food. If you have one day out of every week to splurge a little, you'll also loose the strong craving for sugary foods.

To loose weight fast and keep it off, you must have good plans. Planning a good grocery list will help you save money and choose healthier foods. Here are a few things to remember:

(1) Plan Your List - Plan your daily meals and look through the refrigerator so you don't forget certain food items. WARNING....... The main purpose of any grocery store is to get you to buy as much food as possible. The store layout is designed for maximum customer spending.

Your local grocery store has spent millions on market research so that they squeeze every last cent from you at the checkout line. Arm yourself with a WELL PLANNED grocery list. You don't need the extra calories and hopefully you are not opposed to saving money.

(2) Forget the Coupons - Coupons are good for foods that you normally buy. Most coupons entice you to buy foods that you don't need. Buying high calorie foods you don't need is NO BARGIN to your wallet or to loose weight.

(3) Lean Cuisine Anyone - Frozen dinners such as Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice are good lunch and dinner meals to loose weight when combined with other nutritious foods such as fruits, vegetables and low calorie snacks.
